We aim to dispatch all confirmed and paid orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed and paid before 12pm AEST on a business day will typically be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day. We do not dispatch on Australian public holidays.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel through our courier partner’s website. If you have not received a tracking notification within 3 business days of payment confirmation, please contact us at [email protected].
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order. Lulutox Australia Pty Ltd is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to errors in the information provided. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call +61 3 9001 0287 during business hours.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a post office, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery fee may apply. If you do not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund less any shipping and return handling costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. International orders to New Zealand are shipped via Australia Post International. Import duties and taxes (if any) in New Zealand are the responsibility of the recipient.
